Personal data processing policy

1. Operator

2. Data we process

Full name, position, company name, email address, phone number and comment text, as entered in the request form on the website.

3. Purposes

Sending a draft non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and materials on the DRT project, and arranging a meeting with the project team.

4. Legal basis

Consent of the data subject, given by ticking the box in the website form (Art. 6(1)(1) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data").

5. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, deletion and destruction. The website is hosted on the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc., USA); requests submitted through the form are processed by Cloudflare and delivered to the operator by email. Data may therefore be processed outside the data subject’s country of residence. Data is not transferred to any other third parties except as required by law.

6. Retention

Until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years from receipt.

7. Your rights

You may request information on the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent by writing to ak@drtrobotics.com. Requests are handled within 10 business days.

8. Data protection

The operator takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.
